How your print is made, packed and sent across Europe.

Every Salt & Swell print is made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting: your piece is produced only after you buy it, by our European print partner, and then sent to you. Here is what that means for timing.

Production

Once your order is confirmed, it goes into production. A short window is needed to print the artwork, check it and let the inks settle before packing. This production step happens before the delivery clock starts.

Delivery times

For addresses across the European Union, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days after production is complete. Exact timing depends on your location and the carrier handling the final leg. Remote regions and islands can sit at the longer end of that range.

Where we ship

We ship throughout the European Union. Because production and dispatch are handled within Europe, orders stay inside the single market, which keeps delivery straightforward and avoids customs delays for EU addresses.

Packaging

Prints are packed to travel safely. Depending on size, a piece is either rolled in a sturdy tube or sent flat with rigid protection, so it arrives in the condition it left in.

Tracking and delays

Where the carrier provides it, you will receive tracking so you can follow your order to the door. Couriers occasionally run late during busy periods or bad weather, which is outside our control, but if something seems wrong we are glad to help you chase it.
